Let's start at the beginning
Our company was initially formed to service the technology needs of a handful of companies that were struggling with not only understanding and managing their IT infrastructure but also struggling to put it to good use. The problems we solved for those clients we have continued to solve for many more clients over the years.

How did we get here?
IT EASY is a pioneer in the provision of fixed-fee managed services to SME's in Australia. We signed our first Managed Service contract in 2004, and have been delivering Managed and Cloud Services ever since. Along the way, we have introduced other services, such as in 2009 when our Desktop As A Service, private cloud-based hosted desktop service commenced.

We are not just a provider of IT technical services! Although we are very skilled at delivering these services, our focus is on helping our clients form a strategic view of IT and how it can enable and enhance their business.
