Gavin Evans - Managing Director

Gavin has been the Managing Director of IT Easy since 1998 and has over 15 years' experience delivering IT services and software solutions to corporates and SMEs. Gavin is a pioneer in the delivery of business critical managed services in Australia and has built a business model at IT Easy that leverages the strengths of a co-operative alignment of network engineering and software development resources.

Jim Catt - Operations Manager

Jim and his team are responsible for the delivery of all of IT Easy’s managed services and managed hosting, including the IT Easy Help Desk, Level 2 and 3 technical support and implementation projects.

Specialist Teams

IT Easy is made up of three specialist teams - Software Solutions, Managed Services and Consulting. Each team consists of both permanent and contract staff. Permanent staff ensure that we maintain growth, retain our intellectual assets and consistently deliver quality products and services. The contract staff that we employ ensure that we are not affected by the 'peaks and troughs' that are so common in the IT industry.  Although most of our staff are fully qualified in their area of speciality, we encourage regular ongoing training and development.
