IT Easy is a privately owned Australian company that has been in operation since 1994. Our head office is in Sydney, however we support and service clients locally nationally and internationally.
Our company was initially formed to service the technology needs of a handful of companies that were struggling with not only understanding and managing their IT infrastructure but also struggling to put it to good use. The problems we solved for those clients we have continued to solve for many more clients over the years.
Along the way, we have pioneered the provision of fixed fee managed services to SME's in Australia. We signed our first fixed fee managed services contract in 2002, and have been delivering Desktop.AsAService - our private cloud based hosted desktop service - since 2009.
In fact, IT Easy was one of the pioneers in delivery of cloud services in Australia - with our first true SaaS product hitting the market in 2001!
But IT Easy is not just a provider of technical services - network management, IT support services, or software solutions - although we are very skilled at delivering these services. We also focus on helping our clients form a strategic view of IT and how it can enable and enhance their business. This strategic advice ensures that our clients not only have efficient and effective IT systems now, but that they will be prepared for the future as technology changes.
