IT Easy Content Management System (CMS) enables you to have full control of the content that appears on your website without the skill of HTML Programming.
Using pre-defined templates during the design phase of the website and use of Cascaded Style Sheets (CSS), you can get straight into editing the content without having to worry about formatting or designing each page.
The Management Interface for CMS is web-based so it’s not restricted to a single user or a single location.
The CMS includes the following features, depending on requirements:
- Add edit and delete all imagery and text of the site
- Add new pages, delete & edit existing pages & update the site navigation
- Category Manager – add/edit/delete categories in a hierarchical manner
- Document Management - easy creation of documents & list management
- Page drop-in/out dates – Users can specify when pages can or cannot be seen
- Image & File Upload (images, pdf, doc, swf, xls, etc)
- Deletion Bin and Auto Delete
- Locked documents or locked areas/categories
- User management & login attempt limits (3 attempts)
- Build new forms/pages ’on the fly’
The IT Easy CMS is fully customised to your requirements and is free of licensing restrictions. We do however offer a comprehensive support & maintenance agreement that includes upgrades and enhancements.
